Kilimanjaro by helicopter
An hour in the air around the mountain, over Lake Chala and along every climbing route.
The whole mountain in an hour. The helicopter lifts off from Moshi, crosses the town and the coffee farms, passes over Lake Chala on the Kenyan border, and circles the massif so you see the routes, the glaciers and the summit from the air. Flying over the crater itself is forbidden by the park, so the circuit stays outside the rim, which is where the view is anyway.
