Why we book it
Burunge Tented Lodge stands on the shore of Lake Burunge in the Burunge wildlife area, west of Tarangire, with tents on raised decks looking at the lake and the baobabs behind. Elephant come through the camp in the dry season.
It is the Tarangire night on several of our northern circuit safaris: an hour from the gate, and the lake at sunset after a day in the park.
Our mainland safaris quote this lodge or similar: a property of the same standard if it is full or has moved with the season. The exact lodge is named in your proposal, before any payment.
