Lake Natron Camp
An eco camp by the lake with a spring-fed stream to swim in and the volcano across the water.
Why we book it
Lake Natron Camp is a low-impact tented camp near the southern shore of the lake, below Ol Doinyo Lengai. Tents with shade nets against the heat, a spring-fed stream running through the camp that is the swimming pool, and flamingo walks to the lake edge with a Maasai guide.
It is the base for all of our Natron safaris and for the night climb of the volcano, which starts from the camp at midnight.
Our mainland safaris quote this lodge or similar: a property of the same standard if it is full or has moved with the season. The exact lodge is named in your proposal, before any payment.
